 A.  Yes, we hold a large selection of  dresses in out store which you are more than welcome to come and try on by appointment only. Please contact us on 01472 596276 to book an appointment.
 
Appointments are available 7 days a week and most evenings!

Once you have chosen a dress and placed your order with us in our showroom we will ask you for a small non-refundable deposit to secure the dress for you. Once your dress arrives with us we then ask you to pay the remaining balance and then you can either pick the dress up from us or we can send the dress out to you at a small additional cost of £20! 
 

A. We currently only offer 2  payment methods when buying instore, these are either by cheque or cash.

 As we try to keep or prices at very competative prices unfortunately we cannot accept card payments instore!

Important: Please make out all cheques payable to Bridal Romance.

Q How many Prom dresses do you supply to each school?

We only supply one of each design of a prom dress per school ensuring that no two girls form the same school buy the same dress as each other!

 
 
 Our designer Bridal Dresses take on avarage 6 - 8 Months to arrive! If your wedding is less than 6 months away please contact us first! Most of our bridesmaid & prom dresses take between 12 - 16 weeks to arrive  form ordering, if you wedding/prom is less than 3 months away please contact us first!
 
 
A. We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 7 days of receipt.
 
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and will be processed within seven days of receipt of the goods returned to Bridal Romance.

When sending returns, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we therefore recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery. 

All Refunds on returns are subject to goods being returned in saleable condition or in the event of faulty goods – subject to inspection and agreement of Bridal Romance.

If an item has been bought in the sale, a non refundable payment applies

 
Unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds on personalised items such as custom made dresses unless they are faulty!
 
 
You can either bring it bac to our show room or send the item back to us via an insured courier! When sending returns, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we therefore recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery. Please send all returns to:

A. Some of our dresses require you to book an appointment to come and view the dresses first. Please phone or e-mail us if you wish to book an appointment to view our designer dresses such as, Trudy Lee, Organza Bridal, Jim Hjelm Occasions & Scarlett Evenings dresses!

 
Yes, we are a registered U.K company and are covered with both Legal public liability insurance and also business insurance which also covers your dress whilst on our premises.
