We currently offer an extensive range of tiaras, dolly bags, garters, accessories and a range of selected dresses to buy online.
 
 
You can pay online by paypal or by sending us a cheque, paypal accepts the following cards, Visa credit, UK Visa debit, UK Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, & Solo.

If Making a payment by credit card please Click the pay now button then click on the link next to "Don't have a pay pal account" to securely enter your credit card details.

Important: Please make out all cheques payable to Bridal Romance.

We do not accept any cards where the address registered with the card issuer for the statement is outside the UK mainland of Ireland.

Your credit / debit card will be charged when you submit your order on the website through paypal.

 

 
You can only order selected dresses online from bridalromance.co.uk as some of our dresses require you to come to our showroom. To order a dress please enter the colour and size you require and click the buy it now button next to the dress. Each dress usually takes 3-4 months to arrive as they are all custom made to your requirements!
 
 
Delivery can only be made to mainland UK addresses and Ireland.
 
 
We charge the following prices for delivery
 
Between £0 - £39.98 = £2.99 Postage
 
Between£39.99 - £99.99 = £10 postage
 
Between £99.99 - £299.99 = £20 postage
 
Between £300 and above = Free Postage
 
Typical example if you order 2 items both costing £24.99 the total order = £49.98 so postage would = £10 for both items.
 
 
As most of our small items are custom made we aim to deliver orders within 5 to 7 working days of the order being submitted on the website, this excludes dress orders! Working days are defined as 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday inclusive and exclude Saturday, Sunday and all bank holidays. This time frame can not always be guaranteed but we will do our best to get these items to you ASAP.

Important: Some of our dresses take between 4 - 12 weeks to be delivered form ordering, if you wedding/prom is less than 3 months away please contact us first! If your dress is available for immediate dispatch we will inform you asap.

Q. What happens if I am not at home?

In order to make sure you receive your goods as soon as possible we send out small items such as dolly bags and tiaras via royal mail insured delivery and does not require a signature. If you are not at home when this goods are delivered the post man will either leave your parcel with a neighbour or return your item to the depot for collection by yourself.

If you have ordered a dress form us, we will notify you the day before the dress has been sent and this will be done so via royal mail special delivery. Someone must be there to sign for the dress when It arrives.

If you have any questions or concerns with regards to your order please do not hesitate to contact us!

 
A. We guarantee to refund most items you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 7 days of receipt.
 

Where dresses are concerned, if the dress is bought from our general stock a refund may be granted. If the dress has to be specially ordered in then unfortunately no refund can be given!  

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and will be processed within seven days of receipt of the goods returned to Bridal Romance. This means the credit to a payment card may take up to ten working days from receipt of goods.

When sending returns, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we therefore recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery. 

All Refunds on returns are subject to goods being returned in saleable condition or in the event of faulty goods – subject to inspection and agreement of Bridal Romance.

If an Item has been bought in the sale, a non refundable payment applies

 
Unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds on personalised items unless they are faulty!

A. Some of our dresses require you to book an appointment to come and view the dresses first. Please phone or e-mail us if you wish to book an appointment to view our designer dresses such as, Trudy Lee, Organza Bridal, Jim Hjelm Occasions & Scarlett Evenings dresses!

 
Yes, we are a registered U.K company and are covered with both public liability insurance and also business insurance which also covers your dress whilst on our premises.
